My sister will be so mad when she reads this.

There is a legendary Thanksgiving in my family, and it’s all thanks to her. It’s a story that I regularly like to tell simply because my sister is annoyed by it. (What else are brothers for?) Her annoyance aside, it’s also a great family story, and I believe it highlights just how meaningful holidays can be — even when they go completely wrong.
